HygiGard AC-101
HygiGard AC-101 is a water-borne, single-pack, chemically resistant hygiene waterproofing coating designed for masonry and concrete surfaces, suitable for both above and below ground applications. When applied internally on concrete, it acts as an effective damp-proof membrane, preventing moisture ingress. The coating forms a seamless, anti-bacterial, and decorative protective layer, making it ideal for environments that demand strict hygiene and dust-free conditions. It is widely used in hospitals, pharmaceutical production rooms, food and beverage processing areas, computer suites, electronics manufacturing units, as well as hotels and shopping malls.
HygiGard PU-402
HygiGard PU-402 is a two-component, water-borne modified polyurethane (PU) hygiene coating designed for masonry and concrete surfaces, suitable for both above and below ground applications. It offers excellent chemical resistance and, when applied internally on concrete, functions as an effective damp-proof membrane. Available in a glossy finish, it provides a seamless, anti-bacterial, and decorative protective layer. The coating is ideal for controlled environments requiring sterile and dust-free conditions, such as hospitals, pharmaceutical production rooms, food and beverage processing areas, computer suites, electronics manufacturing units, as well as hotels and shopping malls.
HygiGard TF-301
HygiGard TF-301 is a single-component, water-borne modified acrylic hygiene coating designed for masonry and concrete surfaces, suitable for both above and below ground applications. Formulated with special resins and additives, it offers excellent resistance to stains and dust while remaining permanently flexible to accommodate thermal movement and bridge hairline cracks. This low-odour, fast-drying coating provides a smooth, aesthetic sheen finish that is easy to maintain in clean conditions
HygiGard EW-102
HygiGard EW-102 is a two-component, water-borne epoxy hygiene coating designed for masonry and concrete surfaces, suitable for both above and below ground applications. It provides a chemically resistant waterproofing layer with a white semi-gloss finish, also available in various colours. Ideal for interior concrete and screed floors and walls, it offers excellent adhesion, durability, and can function effectively as a damp-proof membrane. The coating withstands significant backpressure of water and resists weak inorganic acids, alkalis, detergents, oils, and salt solutions. It is non-flammable, easy to apply with water-cleanable tools, and can adhere effectively even to damp surfaces.
